Simple. Private. Your choice.

YOUR PRIVACY.

The Remove the Rush campaign is responsible for the supporter information collected through this website. Contact [email protected] with any questions or requests about your information.

What we record

When you lend your support, we record your email address, your consent to the campaign statement, whether you chose campaign updates, and the dates of your submission and confirmation. We also keep secure verification records for your confirmation and withdrawal links.

Short-lived, protected records of form requests help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. These include hashed email and network addresses, rather than a readable list of network addresses.

What it is for

Your email lets us confirm that your support is yours and manage your support record. We use your consent to record your support. We only send campaign updates if you separately opt in.

We share aggregate supporter totals to show interest in the campaign. We do not publish or share your email address as a supporter list, or sell your details. The website’s hosting and email services process information to run the form and deliver confirmation emails.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups are removed after seven days. Anti-spam request records are removed after 24 hours. Confirmed support is kept while it is needed for this campaign. Withdrawing your support deletes your supporter record, including any update preference.

Your choices

You can withdraw using the link in your confirmation email. Campaign updates are optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Sharing the campaign

Our share buttons open the service you choose. We do not load social media tracking widgets on this page. A social service’s own privacy terms apply when you use it.

Local preview mode does not send email or add support to the public total.
